It has been a couple weeks but everything is working fine.

Fast and Great Service. I though my garage door had finally hit its last leg. I almost had a heart attack when I read that Garage door prices had gone through the roof and it was hard to find parts because of Supply chain issues. I called Lewis River and within Days they had the door fixed. Would highly recommend. Technician was prompt and had great Customer service skills.

Our experience with Lewis River Doors when our torsion spring broke was so refreshingly honest. First, they charge exactly what they advertise. We had another company come out first because they could be there sooner. That company wanted to charge twice as much as Lewis River. Luckily, we had done our research and said no thanks. Ryan at Lewis River showed up on time, charged what they said they would, and then made a (small but important) repair from a different company’s sloppy work when the opener was installed—at no charge! Ryan truly cared about making sure everything was working properly and it was so worth it to wait a few more days for the repair. Thanks!

I needed to have a broken spring on my garage door replaced. I was referred to Lewis River Door. I filled out their online questionnaire and they got back to me promptly. Ryan replaced the springs and also inspected the rest of the door for any other issues and suggested a couple of other minor repairs which I had him address while he was there. I appreciate their promptness and not trying to oversell and will use them again.

Ryan, Jennifer, Hunter and Aydin all went above and beyond to make our garage door install project as quick and efficient as possible. They always answer the phone, showed up on time and work hard to provide the best service possible. I would highly recommend them!

It was such a pleasure to have Hunter and Aydin come and check my garage door. when it turned out it was a simple problem, they explained everything. and what a nice surprise the owner Ryan showed up. I was not even charged for this visit. This company truly cares about their customers and you can be sure when I need anything for my garage door (or even a new one) they will be the ones I call.

Easy setting up an appointment for a specific time and date on short notice over a holiday week, they where able to meet my schedule. Ryan was on time and fixed my door back to better then I ever had it, he did new springs gave it a once over and adjusted the automatic lift. Fast work very knowledgeable with this old POS heavy door. Planning on using them again for a new instal for a shed soon. Definitely would and will use again….

Every other Garage Door business was either not answering their phone or you had to wait a month to get an appointment. My wifes car was trapped inside our garage! If I had been available they would have fixed my door the same day. It was fixed in 1 hour the next day! Outstanding service!

I had the opportunity and pleasure of utilizing the services of Lewis River Doors last April. My main garage door had a broken spring and opener which held my cars hostage! I called LRD at 11AM explaining my issues and they were onsite by noon, with a new opener and spring! Really enjoyed working with Lewis Garage Doors. Rarely do you have a company who operates with a sense of urgency for their customers. I had a garage door that would not open and they had somebody out here that afternoon to replace a spring. Good customer service skills on the phone (rare) and reasonable price. I’ll use them again.

I found this business through Angi. They were quick to respond to my inquiry for garage door repair. Jennifer readily adjusted to accommodate my schedule. Before and after, she was very responsive to my emails. The technician showed up about 5-10 minutes before the appointed time. He answered all my questions, as he was very quickly repairing my door. (Yes, I’m one of those customers) The repair was exactly what I needed, at a very reasonable price. The door works perfectly now, and the technician (I’m honestly just bad with names) gave me recommended ideas for the future to extend the life of the door. Through and through, I would recommend this company to anyone that needs garage door work installation, repair or replacement. They even offer a military discount. Call them.
